Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, ethical, and customer-focused sales consultant to join our team. This position offers a base hourly rate plus commission and profit sharing, giving you reliable earnings with excellent upside potential. You’ll work directly with customers to demonstrate sewing machines and related products, educate them on features, and match them with the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

•          Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
•          Demonstrate sewing machines and related products with confidence and enthusiasm.
•          Provide personalized recommendations and guide customers through the purchase process.
•          Maintain strong product knowledge across sewing machines, notions, and accessories.
•          Deliver on sales goals while ensuring customers feel valued and respected.
•          Be available for some weekend hours including Saturdays, as these are popular shopping times for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

•          A passion for sewing, crafting, or creative hobbies (experience a plus but not required).
•          High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity.
•          Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•          Ability to thrive in a sales environment with base pay, commission, and profit sharing.
•          Willingness to learn product features and stay up to date with new models.

Compensation

•          Base hourly rate plus commission.
